Our initial consultation is free of charge and exceptionally thorough. This is our chance to get to know each other. It is for me to establish myself as a passionate professional, and to listen and learn about you, your objectives, goals and expectations. It is your opportunity to decide if I can be your coach.
By doing a personal assessment and developing a plan that is right for you, you will be on our way to an extreme lifestyle change that can be exciting, fun, scary, difficult ...and fulfilling.

At PACE, the focus is weight training specific areas of the body to achieve muscle development, fat loss or gain, and overall confidence in your own body.

What is Nutritional Coaching?
Finding a healthy balance in our society is particularly difficult. Sometimes it is as if we are on fast-forward. Between sleeping, working and eating, we can find ourselves feeling as though there isn't enough time in the day to take proper care of yourself.
What does taking care of yourself even mean? When you compile the list of adequate sleep, exercise, proper nutrition, family, positive social circles, reading, hobbies, etc., it can leave one feeling exhausted and at a complete loss with the clock.
One of the most difficult obstacles in all of the above is "proper nutrition". During a busy week, it is very convenient to purchase fast-food or pre-made meals for breakfast and lunch, and even easier to purchase frozen foods, go out or order-in delivery for dinner. It feels easier on the wallet and saves a ton of time.
Life does not have to consist of this viciously unhealthy circle. Selecting the right foods and meal prepping meals you look forward to can be easy. With the right knowledge and practice, this is achievable for everyone. This is where I can help!
The Low-Down
Appointment 1 - Enrollment: This appointment allows for us to meet each other and talk about the struggle. It is your hour to verbalize your frustrations, achievements, stressors - anything that you need. From here, I will send you with forms for assessment:
Appointment 2 - Assessment meeting to review questionnaires for clarification and to review the following:
Appointment 3 - Initial Consultation
Appointment 4 - Checkup #1
Appointment 5 - Checkup #2
This is the end of your nutritional coaching package, however, follow-up appointments can be booked and on-going.
IMPORTANT: Over the course of one month, a thoroughly researched development of an effective training and nutrition program will be assessed, set, and presented with follow-ups, lessons and troubleshooting.
There are 5 scheduled appointments. The first 4 appointments are 1 hour in duration, once every 7 days.
The 5th appointment will be scheduled 14 days thereafter.
A lot goes into developing an effective and personalized nutrition plan.
Follow-ups and monitoring are essential to keeping your goals successful and manageable.
Additional follow-up appointments can be booked for a discounted fee of $25.00 per hour.
