This program was created to promote the improvement, maintenance and balance of a healthy lifestyle, using a 1:1 guided journey to well-being.
Physical activity will play an important role in your improvement of intellectual functioning, self-esteem, self-concept, depressive symptoms, anxiety and stress.
After a thorough assessment, a program plan will be developed for your individual requirements.
The challenge is with the self, while encouragement is spread to every participant through your 1:1 positive support plan.
